Anastasios Papadopoulos

Founder & CEO

After completing his training in M&A at Skadden Arps, Anastasios founded Integrated Management Systems in 2016 and played a key strategic role in positioning the company as one of the leading Digital Transformation Agencies in Hong Kong.

Combining his experience in M&A and Tech, Anastasios founded IMS Digital Ventures, the innovation, incubation and investment arm of IMS and Hong Kong’s first corporate venturing firm that launches and invests in disruptive businesses with Asia’s largest corporations.

Anastasios read Law in France and in the UK and holds a Management degree from HEC Paris

Managing Director IMS China

Justin Lau

Senior Executive

Justin joined IMS as a Senior Executive in 2018. He brings with him a profound understanding of business needs as well as deep knowledge of financial markets and real estate. He advises clients on both incubation strategies and capital raising.

Prior to joining IMS, Justin spent over 15 years in the banking industry, notably at Credit Suisse, Nomura and Daiwa Securities. He holds a degree in economics from London School of Economics.

Patrick Kaminski

Senior Executive

Patrick joined IMS as a Senior Executive in 2018 after serving as Executive Vice President at Beiersdorf. He plays a key advisory role in developing client strategies in FMCG.

Prior to joining IMS, Patrick also spent almost 25 years working at Henkel, gaining expertise in both the European and China markets before taking up role as President of the Henkel Group in Asia Pacific.

Christine Brendle

Senior Advisor

Christine Brendle is an experienced CEO in B2B and B2C media, currently providing consulting services in business development, partnerships and team effectiveness in the edu-tech, branding and content production industries.

She serves as Non-Executive Director on the board of Leonard Paris www.leonard-paris.com and the Asian board of Linkbynet. She previously sat on the boards of The Red Flag Group, the English School Foundation in Hong Kong www.esf.edu.hk and the Nation Multimedia Group, with symbol NMG on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Previously, Christine led the Asia-Pacific region for Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal, delivering revenue and profitability gains by exploiting digital and commercial innovations. She also held senior management positions with the Hachette Filipacchi group in Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific. Christine also led two start-ups producing educational and entertaining content for children.

Christine graduated from l’École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques and Commerciales (ESSEC) and holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York. She attended the YPO Programs of Executive Education at The Harvard Business School from 2010 to 2016 and completed the University of Hong Kong Women’s Directorship Program.

She was knighted in The French Order of Merit for the role she played as one of the French Trade Commissioner’s advisors.

Rose Lee

Senior Executive

Rose joined IMS as Senior Executive in 2018. She brings with her extensive experience in raising capital for listed and private companies. Her notable experience includes over 15 years in the banking industry, including at Nomura and Jefferies.

Rose graduated from University of Colorado Boulder.

Manuela Burki

Director of Strategy & Marketing

Manuela leads the Marketing division at IMS, advising clients on branding and market positioning in both Europe and Asia.

Prior to joining IMS DV, Manuela worked in financial regulation and compliance. Past experiences include representing France in roundtable discussions in Brussels for the European Venture Capital Fund (EuVECA) Regulation and working with industry actors such as the OECD and the World Gold Council to lobby for how gold is categorized by the European Banking Authority for LCR and NSFR under the Basel frameworks.

She obtained her LL.B (Hons) at UCL before graduating from Sciences-Po, Paris, with a Master's in Financial Regulation.

Dennis Plomp

Head of IMS Digital Ventures

Dennis joined IMS in 2020. He brings with him twenty years of experience in PE & VC investments and M&A advisory across Europe and Asia. Dennis has a successful track-record of corporate finance transactions in various industries with companies ranging from start-ups to stock listed corporates.

Dennis held roles at among others Nest Ventures, Oaklins and Gimv Private Equity, and is an active advisor and mentor to tech start-ups and SMEs in Hong Kong.

Alfred Chan

Tech Consultant

As a seasoned strategist, leader and entrepreneur. He brings to IMS an exceptional technical background and is also fully responsible for the operation of the project management team.

Prior to joining IMS, Alfred worked for global leaders such as IBM, Microsoft, Canon & Epsom before successfully founding his own digital company. He holds a Mathematics degree from Queen Mary, University of London.

Ippei Folliot

Digital Consulting

Ippei joined IMS in 2018.

Prior to Joining IMS, Ippei worked in technology consulting for several years. He holds a Space Engineering Masters’ Degree and a Management Degree from HEC Paris.

George Henein

Digital Consulting

George is a Member of IMS’s Digital Ventures division and is a Senior Digital Consultant at IMS.

Prior to Joining IMS DV, George worked in the commodities trading sector at Louis Dreyfus Company. He holds an Engineering degree from ESIEE Paris.

Lonny Li

Digital Consulting

Lonny Li joined IMS to lead the China Growth Marketing Team in Guangzhou. She brings with her proven experience in growth marketing, social media, SEO copywriting and data analysis and has over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing and project management.

Prior to joining IMS, Lonny worked at Sands China and holds a Double BSc in English (Culture and Media) and Accounting from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.

Barry Yu

Tech Consultant

Barry Yu joined IMS as a senior project manager in 2019. He has extensive experience, of over 20 years, in managing tech and artificial inteligence projects.

Prior to joining IMS he led Sentient Technologies’ IT operations in Asia and actively participated in completing a Round C funding of USD 103Mln. Barry also managed large teams in APAC as a Senior Manager at Magic4/Openwave and Purple Labs/Myriad Group.

He holds a Computer Science degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Information systems from the University of Ulster, UK.

Loukas Lau

Head of Analytics

Loukas joined IMS Digital Ventures as a Senior Data Scientist in 2020. He has more than 10 years experience working in data analytics projects.

Prior to joining, he successfully led customer analytics projects in AIA as a Senior Manager, focused on propensity models and other customer insight. He has also worked in EY as a Data Science Manager, participating in various consulting projects. He has hand-on experiences in data visualization, digital transformation, forensic data analysis, RPA, text analytics, web application and analytics and financial modelling to name a few.

He has done post-doc research in the University of Oxford on Machine Learning, and holds a PHD in Cognitive and Computing Science.

Gordon Ling

Tech Consultant

Gordon joined IMS as a senior project manager in 2018. He has extensive experience, of over 10 years, in leading IT projects.

Prior to joining IMS he successfully led the deployment of global Business Applications projects for TNT Express Worldwide, China and Hong Kong. Gordon also has a proven track record in pre-Sales support and managed large customer support teams providing reliable support to thousands of clients.

He holds an MBA and a BA in Computing and Information systems from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Crystal Lam


Crystal joined IMS Digital Ventures in 2019 as an Analyst. She brings with her over 10 years’ experience advising listed and private companies on change management and risk governance.

With her on-the-ground years in China and Europe, she advises clients on integration, go-to-market strategy, and consumer intelligence. At IMS, she has also worked on developing the strategy for launching new community portals in China for Fortune500 companies.
Crystal holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a BA(Hons) English degree from the University of Exeter.

Jessie Lee


As an Analyst, Jessie drives brand strategy and implements marketing campaigns for clients and IMS Ventures to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. With proven experience in growth marketing, she successfully delivers and executes end-to-end, multi-faceted marketing projects that involve content creation, systems integration, partnership opportunity outreach, and digital advertising campaigns to help grow IMS Ventures.

Prior to joining IMS, Jessie had international experience working at several innovative, dynamic startups. She executed data-driven marketing campaigns to drive business performance at a programmatic advertising startup in San Francisco (MightyHive) and also excelled in a cross-functional role at a logistics tech company (Flexport) to successfully manage production and supply chain operations strategies for enterprise clients. Jessie studied International Business and Operations at Georgetown University in Washington D.C.

Marija Jevtic


Marija joined IMS Digital Ventures in 2020 as an Analyst. She develops brand and marketing strategies for IMS ventures and IMS clients, helping them establish themselves, connect with consumers, and grow their business. With background in psychology and brand strategy, Marija helps companies put people first, to create a genuine connection with consumers and build long-lasting relationships.

Prior to joining IMS, Marija advised global companies, start-ups, and non-profit organizations in developing and improving their brand strategy, managing their reputation with customers and potential users, and mitigating potential crises. Marija holds a Master’s Degree in History of Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Harvard University. She is originally from Serbia.

Laura Jones


Laura joined IMS digital ventures in 2020 as an Analyst. She helps businesses develop data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns using analytics and insights. She has international experience working for both fortune 500 companies and dynamic start-ups across luxury, beauty and FMCG industries.

Prior to joining IMS, Laura worked for the LVMH group, where she helped drive marketing strategies and campaigns using analytics for some of the largest luxury & beauty brands globally.

Laura holds a BSc in Chemistry from Liverpool John Moores University and an MSc degree in International Finance & Accounting from the University of Liverpool.
